Refund & Return Policy

Overview At HouseBlox, operated by LF Capital LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers) In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not caused by our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

• Change of mind / Withdrawal: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: HouseBlox will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us at contact@thehouseblox.com before returning any defective item so we can provide instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Upon approval:

• You will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
• Alternatively, if you prefer, we can issue a store credit for the full amount — please let us know your preference when contacting us.

Refunds to the original payment method are always available as your legal right and cannot be substituted without your explicit consent.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@thehouseblox.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the defective or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Important Notice — Delivery Times HouseBlox works with international suppliers to bring you unique products. Delivery times may take up to 45 days depending on the supplier and destination. Please note that extended delivery times do not affect your right to a refund or return once the item is received.
